Please arrive at the door at the time of your appointment. We may not be able to let you into the waiting room if the waiting room is busy and you are early.
The door is locked so please knock or ring the bell and wait for a member of staff to let you in. Please bear with us as we may be with another patient.
Even though public mask-wearing guidelines changed on the 19th of July, healthcare settings remain unchanged and you will need to keep your mask on whilst you are in the reception area. You will be given hand sanitiser on arrival. If you won't be wearing a mask for exemption or any other reason, we ask you to wait outside until the treatment room is free to protect people in the waiting room. The treatment room is a mask-free area as we are protected with PPE and lots of ventilation!
Please do not come to your appointment if any of the following apply:
You have tested positive for Covid in the last 14 days
You are waiting for a test or a test result
You have any symptoms of a new continuous cough, loss of taste or smell or a high temperature, runny nose and headache
You are living with anyone with symptoms
You have been contacted by the NHS Track & Trace and told to isolate
We have been asked to ask for your vaccination status by the Chief Dental Officer. This does not affect your treatment in any way
